fabric_explain

Full structural summary of a single symbol: name, node type, file, callers, callees, dependencies, tests covering it, API contracts it satisfies, governance rules that apply, and tech debt it carries. Empty relationship arrays mean the indexed graph has nothing to report for that symbol — not a tool failure. If you need to cross-check outgoing contract/test impact on a multi-variant symbol, pair with fabric_impact.
